1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Studz platform, launcher, website, and official Discord Bot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Discord Bot & Features

The Studz Discord Bot provides community moderation tools, member verification/account linking, and server statistics (such as player counters). Use of the bot requires following both our community guidelines and Discord's Terms of Service.

3. Account Linking & Fair Conduct

• Account linking associates your Discord account ID with your registered Studz user profile.
• Users agree not to attempt to exploit, flood, or bypass slash commands or account verification mechanisms.
• You may unlink your Discord account at any time via the "/unlink" command or your Account Settings.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

Community moderators reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, or ban users from the Discord server or restrict platform access if user behavior violates community rules or engages in harassment, cheating, or abusive conduct.

5. Disclaimer & Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the bot or platform with or without notice.
